How can young women prevent osteoporosis?

Medical experts have studied that osteoporosis is associated with aging. However, a few days ago, some experts pointed out that women in their twenties and thirties may also suffer from this disease. The phenomenon of osteoporosis, such as the premature appearance of bone density reduction in white-collar women, is related to the fact that many women nowadays refuse to sunbathe in order to have fair skin, dream of having a slim body and diet, and sit in the office with very little exercise. First of all, weight loss, many women in the weight loss process will be all fat-related diet are rejected. I do not know, in the loss of fat at the same time, but also the bones of the firmness will be weakened. The second is the lack of exercise, modern city people to go to work in a car instead of walking, up and down the stairs have elevators, to telephone contact instead of visiting, and eventually may be due to “habitual lack of exercise” and lead to osteoporosis in the future. Also, the refusal of sunlight is one of the factors. Foreign studies have found that the incidence of orthopedic diseases is higher in countries with insufficient sunlight. Osteoporosis is a systemic disease characterized by reduced bone mass and destruction of the microstructure of bone tissue, leading to increased bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture. The greatest danger of osteoporosis is the extreme susceptibility to fracture, which often occurs without notice. In addition to this, osteoporosis may make women tall and thin and underweight. The lack of dairy products, lack of sun exposure, low exercise, combined with heavy smoking, alcohol, strong tea and coffee, can also lead to endocrine system disorders and even premature menopause in women. There is no safe and effective way to restore the original quality of osteoporotic bones, therefore, prevention is the key. To prevent and treat osteoporosis scientifically, exercise is more important than calcium supplementation. Clinical studies have shown that calcium supplementation alone can neither significantly increase bone density nor improve bone quality. And people who exercise regularly can often get better bone quality because the bones are stimulated by hard forces. Therefore, experts suggest that those who sit in the office all day long should insist on walking more every day, climbing more than once, and getting more sunlight to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis. In addition to exercise, a reasonable diet is also very important. Drink more bone broth, eat more seafood and soy products, are good for the bones.
