Analysis and discussion: This survey shows that young and middle-aged people are the most prevalent group of acne. Acne mostly occurs on the chest and back and face, with papules, pustules and pimples being the most common, and a small number of severe cases have nodular cysts, which can leave hyperplastic or depressed scarring and pigmentation, causing serious damage to the appearance. Most acne patients have an unreasonable lifestyle, with varying degrees of unhealthiness in their lifestyle, skin care, and diet. Patients commonly consume spicy, high-fat and high-sugar foods, which speed up the body’s metabolism and increase the secretion of sebum, thus triggering acne. At the same time, work pressure causes frequent late nights and mental tension, leading to lack of sleep, which reduces the metabolic vitality of the skin. The skin cannot metabolize in a normal state, causing the secretion of sebaceous glands to lose balance, and the harmful bacteria that breed damage the inflammation of the skin and induce acne. In addition, this investigation did not find any significant effect of facial cosmetics on the development of acne. In summary, a variety of factors are associated with the onset or exacerbation of acne, and the disease should be prevented. For acne patients, healthy life guidance should be strengthened. For example, cultivate reasonable, healthy and scientific eating habits, drink more water, consume fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat less stimulating and spicy foods. Maintain a regular, good work and rest schedule, exercise in moderation, ensure adequate sleep, and do not stay up as late as possible.
