What are the poor lifestyle habits and dietary habits associated with the high incidence of cancer in men?

High incidence of lung cancer causes
1.Smoking: The relationship between smoking and lung cancer has been investigated in more than 30 retrospective epidemiological surveys and 7 large-scale prospective surveys in more than a dozen countries, and although the countries investigated are different, they all confirm that smoking is the main factor causing lung cancer. The National Cancer Institute and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency estimate that about 85% of lung cancer production is related to tobacco. The Peto study in the United Kingdom showed that long-term smokers are 16 times more likely to develop lung cancer than non-smokers if they start smoking before the age of 15, their risk of developing cancer will increase to more than 30 times.
According to some statistics, people who smoke 20 cigarettes a day for more than 30 years are 20-60 times more likely to die of lung cancer than non-smokers (men) and 14-20 times more likely to die of lung cancer (women). The probability doubles if the person has smoked for 40 years or more. A 3-fold increase in daily smoking increases the probability of lung cancer, and a 3-fold increase in smoking age increases the risk of lung cancer by a factor of 100. Passive smoking (also known as second-hand smoke) is also harmful, the survey shows that 25% of lung cancer in non-smokers is caused by passive smoking.
  2. The probability of lung cancer in the asbestos industry is 15 times higher than that of the general population. Workers engaged in workplaces with arsenic, chromium, nickel, coal tar and chloromethyl ether are more likely to suffer from lung cancer.
3.Atmospheric pollution: poorly ventilated kitchen is also an important cause of lung cancer.
High incidence causes of liver cancer
  1. Viral hepatitis (type B and C) is closely related to liver cancer. About 50% of patients with hepatitis B and cirrhosis eventually develop into liver cancer.
2.Eating moldy (aflatoxin contaminated) peanuts, corn and peanut oil and corn oil produced with them is a factor of liver cancer.
3.Like drinking raw water, especially drinking contaminated surface water is one of the causes of liver cancer.
4.Smoking is one of the risk factors.
  Stomach cancer
1.H. pylori infection and lack of fresh vegetables and fruits in food structure are related to the development of gastric cancer.
2.Salted, smoked and salted food is a risk factor for stomach cancer.
3.Smoking and drinking alcohol are risk factors of stomach cancer.
4.Eating moldy food is related to the occurrence of gastric cancer.
5.Obesity is a risk factor of cardia cancer.
  Bowel cancer
1.Excessive intake of high protein and high fat food.
2.Low intake of fiber such as fresh fruits and vegetables.
3.Insufficient intake of micronutrients, i.e., picky eating and excessive intake of too delicate food.
  4.Low physical activity and obesity.
  Esophageal cancer
1.Eating fungal contaminated food, lack of necessary vitamins, trace elements and protein food.
2.Eating coarse and hard food, hot soup, hot porridge, hot tea or other irritating food for a long time, or bad habits such as fast swallowing, poor chewing and overeating.
3, long-term smoking and drinking alcohol.
4, not timely treatment of reflux esophagitis.
