What is the progesterone level to rule out gravida

The progesterone is not very closely related to whether the fetus is a gravida or not, but the gravida is more closely related to the human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). The name is derived from the fact that the placental trophoblast cells are hyperplastic and edematous, thus forming grape-like blisters. When the gravida is emptied and the blood HCG remains abnormal, we should be alert to the occurrence of gestational trophoblastic tumors. In normal pregnancy, progesterone is usually around 20 and ultrasound will suggest gestational sac echo and cardiac pulsation, etc. In case of gravida, pregnancy outcome cannot be diagnosed or evaluated based on the amount of progesterone because of abnormally elevated blood HCG, vaginal bleeding after menopause, abnormally enlarged and softened uterus, mostly larger than the month of menopause, pregnancy vomiting earlier than normal pregnancy, severe and prolonged symptoms, ultrasound The combination of the above symptoms and auxiliary examinations will lead to a high suspicion of gravida, and the progesterone test alone cannot be used to rule out gravida. In conclusion, progesterone test alone cannot rule out staph, but it needs to be combined with medical history, symptoms and auxiliary examinations to make a comprehensive judgment, and ultrasound is one of the more sensitive indicators to diagnose staph, for example, ultrasound indicates “snowfall” and “honeycomb”.
