Active immune reconstitution of hepatitis B after liver transplantation

The main significance of “active immune reconstruction of hepatitis B after liver transplantation” is that: 1. it can change from passive immunity to active immunity against hepatitis B virus, allowing the body to produce antibodies by itself, so that patients can say “goodbye” to hepatitis B completely. 2. it can reduce post-operative patients’ medical expenses and stop using hepatitis B immunoglobulin and antiviral drugs after success. 3.It can prompt us to study more deeply the immune mechanism of human body against infection. At present, 84 patients have been vaccinated in our center, with an effective rate of 42.6%, and 13.4% of patients have stopped using hepatitis B immunoglobulin and antiviral drugs.
