Acute leukemia: the onset of the disease varies in urgency, with the acute cases showing sudden high fever and severe bleeding, and the slow cases often consulting the doctor with pale face, purpura, and bleeding that is difficult to stop. 2. Chronic granulocytic leukemia: the onset of the disease is slow, and there are often no conscious symptoms in the early stage, mostly due to physical examination or other illnesses found in the blood abnormalities or splenomegaly. In the chronic stage, there are fatigue, low fever, night sweating, weight loss, etc., and there may be left upper abdominal distension and pressure pain in the middle and lower part of the sternum. Gradually, anemia, bleeding, progressive splenomegaly, progressive emaciation and bone pain may appear. 3. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia: it occurs in the elderly male population, with slow onset and no symptoms. Symptomatic patients may have symptoms such as fatigue, low-grade fever, night sweats, emaciation and painless enlargement of lymph nodes in the neck, supraclavicular region, armpit and groin, etc. Anemia and infections may occur in the late stage.
