The recurrence rate of early stage bladder cancer can be as high as 70%. Photodynamic therapy, as an emerging bladder cancer treatment, can selectively kill cancer cells and also kill scattered tiny cancer lesions invisible to the naked eye during bladder cancer surgery, which greatly reduces the chance of bladder cancer recurrence. Tongji Hospital Urology Department is one of the earliest centers in China to carry out photodynamic therapy for bladder cancer. Now, approved by the State Food and Drug Administration (2009L00599), our department is conducting a clinical study of photodynamic therapy for bladder cancer with injectable dortiporfin. Patients who meet the following conditions and are enrolled can receive adjuvant photodynamic therapy free of charge after completion of standard electrosurgery. Laboratory tests, examinations, bed fees and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy drugs (mitomycin) related to the trial protocol during the clinical observation period are free of charge. A specialist will also be available to follow up the clinical observation. The quota is limited to 30 cases. Inclusion criteria: 1, age 18~75 years old; 2, non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (Ta or T1, with pathological confirmation within 3 months); 3, no serious hematologic disease or cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal dysfunction
