You can take a walk. 3.Within 3 months, the waist cannot be bent forward and backward, and heavy objects cannot be lifted within 3 months. 4.Observe whether there is any swelling, lump or pain in the injured area, and consult the doctor in time when you find any abnormality. 5.Drink more water daily, more than 1000ml, observe the color of urine, and don’t hold urine. If the urine is deep red, you need to go to the emergency room immediately. 6.Discharge 1 month outpatient review, or according to the doctor’s instructions outpatient review.
