Chinese medicine: red flashes and hot flashes have three causes

Hot flashes, also known as tingling, are common during menopause or pre-menopause and are often accompanied by sweating and palpitations, and in most cases start on the face or chest and spread throughout the body. Each attack can last 20 to 30 minutes, and the number of attacks can vary, from several times a week to several times a day, or even every hour. Weather and ambient temperature can aggravate the onset of hot flashes. Chinese medicine generally considers the pathogenesis to be caused by yin deficiency, damp heat, and actual heat in the stomach and intestines. The most common and typical symptoms of menopausal syndrome are hot flashes and sweating during menopause. Patients often feel a wave of heat spreading from the chest to the neck and face, while there is diffuse or patchy reddening of the skin in the above areas, often accompanied by sweating, and a feeling of chill after the heat has evaporated from the skin. Sometimes there is a feeling of heat alone without flushing and sweating, so it is called hot flashes. Generally, flushing and hot flashes often occur at the same time. Chinese medicine: the cause of hot flashes are three 1, because of the seventh year, the kidney yin deficiency, the day sebum gradually exhausted, the body yin deficiency, worries and insomnia aggravate the ying yin dark depletion, yin does not maintain yang, deficient yang over, the development of “yin deficiency hot flashes night sweats”. 2, because of poor diet, spleen Yang deficiency loss, Yang Qi is blocked by dampness, can be seen in the afternoon fever, hair for “wet temperature tidal fever”. 3, because of unclean diet, heat evil injury in Yangming, down in the intestines, also in the afternoon every day fever, called Yangming “day Asr tidal fever”. Hot flashes and sweating are characteristic symptoms of menopause, and modern medicine believes that they are caused by abnormalities in vasodilation and contraction caused by fluctuations in estrogen in the body, and some patients may have actual temperature changes.
