Men have menopause too?

We all know that women have menopausal syndrome, and so do men, and menopausal syndrome also plagues many men’s post-retirement life and work. Menopause mainly occurs between the ages of 50-70, and the performance is not as typical as that of women, often characterized by generalized fatigue, decreased motor ability, and sometimes baking hot feeling. Traditional Chinese medicine often considers it to be fire (heat) in deficiency. Clinical medicine believes that it is caused by an imbalance in the natural aging process. Treatment requires attention to a reasonable diet, appropriate exercise, and medication if necessary.
