The earliest site of cardiogenic edema

The earliest site of cardiogenic edema is the lower extremities of the feet, especially the ankles, which may appear as depressed edema. Patients with cardiogenic edema are mostly affected by coronary artery disease, joint heart valve disease and acute myocardial infarction, and they mainly present with chest tightness, restricted breathing and severe dyspnea. Cardiac diuretic combination should be given, and the underlying disease should be actively treated to prevent the occurrence of infection. It can also occur in right heart insufficiency, which is characterized by stasis in the circulation and jugular venous anger. The patient may also have a large liver, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, and in severe cases, may induce gastrointestinal bleeding.
