How to prevent and treat oral cancer

  Oral cancer refers to malignant tumors occurring in the oral cavity. The newly revised standard oral cancer includes: buccal mucosa cancer, gum cancer, tongue cancer, hard palate cancer, floor of mouth cancer, and small salivary cancer, while lip cancer, tongue root cancer, and soft palate cancer do not belong to the category of oral cancer.  The occurrence of oral cancer is related to many factors: 1, long-term addiction to tobacco, alcohol and betel nut are 123 times more likely to develop oral cancer than those without such addiction. 2, poor oral hygiene and foreign body stimulation poor oral hygiene or sharp stimulation of the oral cavity with root remnants, crown remnants and bad restorations, often in the tongue edge or buccal mucosa damage, forming traumatic ulcers, or chronic inflammatory ulcers. To prevent the occurrence of oral cancer means to eliminate the factors related to the occurrence of oral cancer.  Clinical manifestations of oral cancer: 1. Pain Early oral cancer generally has no pain or only abnormal sensation or slight tenderness, but more obvious pain occurs when accompanied by lump ulcer.  When oral cancer is located in superficial surface, it may appear as superficial infiltrated plaque, which is difficult to be distinguished from white spot.  3.Ulcer.  4.Mass.  Treatment of oral cancer is divided into surgical resection, radiation therapy and chemotherapy.
