       Acne, often referred to as “pimples,” is a chronic inflammatory skin disease of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands that is common during adolescence. After puberty, many people unknowingly get a lot of bumps on their face or chest and back, sometimes accompanied by itching and pain, and black ones called blackheads. Temporary hyperpigmentation or concave scars may appear after rupture or absorption. A few severe red bumps can appear as larger soft cysts or abscesses, which leave more obvious scars after breaking down and healing, making the facial skin uneven and unsightly with varying shades of color. In addition, due to the difference in androgen levels, acne is generally more severe in men than in women, and more difficult to cure. For dry stools, add 6-10 grams of wine rhubarb at discretion; for nodular cysts, add 10 grams of mother-of-pearl and 6 grams of lingxiaohua at discretion. External treatment can be used upside down, every night with tea after applying the affected area, wash off during the day.  Simple methods are also available: ① 15-30 grams of white flowering snake grass, add water decoction for internal use, one dose daily or every other day, twice a day.  ②Cactus, pounded and applied to the affected area.
