  Osteoporosis (osteoprosis) is a systemic metabolic bone disease characterized by reduced bone mass and destruction of bone microstructure, leading to increased bone fragility and susceptibility to fracture. Its prevalence is high, 21% in people aged 50-60, and 100% in people aged 70-80; main symptoms: early often weakness, back and limb pain and discomfort; as the disease progresses pain, length shortening hunchback, and even fractures can occur.  1, dietary guidance.  (1) intake of adequate calcium and vitamin D; (2) good nutritional balance — intake of too low and too high protein will increase the loss of bone calcium; (3) eat more vegetables and fruits; (4) eat a diet with less salt — increased experimental intake will promote urinary calcium excretion.  2, to carry out reasonable and regular exercise – outdoor aerobic exercise and local muscle training, such as walking, qigong, tai chi, etc.; 3, to receive sufficient sunlight exposure – increase sunlight and outdoor activities; 4, daily life behavior guidance: change bad habits: no smoking and alcohol, no coffee and strong tea-level carbonated beverages.
