How soon can a grade 2 breast nodule become malignant?

Breast nodule grade 2 is a benign lesion. There is no exact time frame for how long it will be malignant and there is a large individualized variation, so patients can only have regular checkups to track its changes. Breast nodules are graded according to their shape, border, aspect ratio, presence of calcification and blood flow, etc. The risk of malignancy of nodules is analyzed. Breast nodule grade 2 includes benign breast masses, such as lipomas, simple cysts, etc. Patients are recommended to have annual breast ultrasound or mammogram. In the process of follow-up, if nodules are found to be progressively enlarged and accompanied by pain and discomfort, they should go to the breast surgery or general surgery department for fine needle aspiration biopsy to clarify the diagnosis and, if necessary, surgical excision. Patients are advised to eat a light diet in daily life, avoid eating too much fried and spicy stimulating food, go to bed early and wake up early, avoid staying up late, and keep a happy mood.
