Is urine protein (2+) a nephritis?

Urine protein (2+) does not necessarily mean nephritis. If you check urine routine during fever, after strenuous exercise, or under cold or stress, urine protein can appear in the urine, or even proteinuria (2+). This proteinuria is transient and transient, and will return to normal soon after the influencing factors are removed. If urine protein (2+) is present in the routine urine test, along with a large number of white blood cells or a high level of bacteria, the first consideration is urinary tract infection, upper urinary tract infection, or pyelonephritis. This condition will also disappear after active and effective antibiotic and anti-infection treatment, and proteinuria. Proteinuria caused by nephritis usually lasts longer and does not return to normal on its own, sometimes combined with hematuria, edema, and hypertension.
