  For patients with hepatitis B-related liver disease, what is the most appropriate range for maintaining hepatitis B surface antibody after liver transplantation?  In brief: >100: Pass >200: Good >400: Excellent It is recommended to maintain “excellent” in the early postoperative period (within 3 months) and “good” within 1 year.  Of course, the reference range of hepatitis B surface antibody is based on the following prerequisites: 1. insist on taking anti-hepatitis B virus nucleoside similar drugs (lamivudine, adefovir, entecavir, etc.) 2. review the quantitative hepatitis B triple system regularly, 1-2 times a month 3. insist on injecting hepatitis B immunoglobulin.
