Otitis media and diarrhea should be two relatively independent problems. Otitis media can cause hearing loss, tinnitus, and stuffy ears due to inflammation of the middle ear, and in severe cases of otitis media, inner ear disease, dizziness and vertigo, including balance disorders, while diarrhea is mainly a manifestation related to digestive tract diseases. There is not much correlation between middle ear and diarrhea, but in some cases because of middle ear infection there are digestive manifestations such as nausea and vomiting after vertigo, but not diarrhea, and there is not much correlation between the two.
