How to make a good decoction of Chinese medicine at home?

  The key to the boiling time is what kind of medicine is used in the herbal formula. In the case of cold remedies, since the main effect is the volatile oil contained in the medicine, it is sufficient to boil it for 15 to 20 minutes.
