Understanding varicose spermatocele

Varicocele prevalence is 10% of the number of men between 30 and 40 years of age. It occurs 90% of the time on the left side and is due to stagnation of blood flow in the spermatic veins, which causes dilatation, tortuosity and elongation of the plexus vessels. Varicocele can also be caused by kidney tumors. The reason for the importance of varicocele is that it may be associated with testicular atrophy and impaired sperm production, leading to infertility. Dilation, curvature and lengthening of the trabecular plexus of the spermatic cord are called varicocele. It is mostly seen in young people, mostly between the ages of 16 and 25, with an incidence of about 15%, 99% occurring on the left side and about 1% bilaterally. The symptoms of varicocele are: 1. Patients can be completely asymptomatic and only found during physical examination. 2, the affected side of the scrotum or testicles have a feeling of swelling or pain, the scrotum is enlarged, the affected side of the scrotum and testicles are lower than the healthy side when standing, the surface of the scrotum can be seen dilated, tortuous veins. The scrotal surface can be seen as dilated and tortuous veins. There are earthworm-like soft masses when touched, and the symptoms can be reduced or disappeared by lying down. Patients may have symptoms of neurasthenia, such as headache, fatigue, hypersensitivity, etc. Some patients have sexual dysfunction. Some patients have sexual dysfunction. 4, varicocele can sometimes affect fertility. 9% of varicocele patients have infertility, and 39% of male infertility is caused by varicocele. Severe cases can cause testicular atrophy. The reason is that the temperature in the scrotum of the affected side increases and reflects to the opposite side, causing the degeneration and atrophy of spermatogonia and a decrease in the number of sperm; or because the pentraxin or steroids secreted by the left adrenal gland flow back to the testes through the left internal spermatic vein, causing a decrease in the number of sperm. In Chinese medicine, the main causes of varicocele are: 1, deficiency of liver and kidney, congenital deficiency of endowment, kidney qi, or indiscipline of room labor, too frequent sex, depletion of kidney essence, essence does not produce blood, deficiency of liver and blood, so that the tendons and veins are not nourished, and the veins are not in harmony with the disease. 2, liver depression and qi stagnation, emotional and mental disorders, depression and anger injure the liver, liver loss of drainage and circulation, liver qi stagnation, qi and blood is not smooth, qi stagnation is blood stasis. 3.Improper diet, excessive consumption of alcohol, wine and thick food, damage to the spleen and stomach, dampness and heat, damp-heat injection, curbing Qi and exhausting Yin, blood stasis. 4. Feeling cold and dampness, living in a humid place, or wading in the rain or eating cold food, or feeling cold after intercourse, the evil of cold and dampness invades and stagnates the liver and veins. 5, strong weight lifting, standing for a long time, or trauma to the pubic area, resulting in damage to the tendons and veins and stagnation of blood vessels. The varicocele treatment process must pay attention to the following matters: 1, because the occurrence of varicocele and sexual impulses, sexual organs are often overfilled with blood, so control of sexual impulses too often is an important part of the prevention of varicocele occurrence. 2, life should be regular, keep a relaxed mood, pay attention to rest, avoid fatigue.
