Medical aesthetic treatments to rejuvenate the skin

1.Fruit acid treatment: Fruit acid refers to the acid extracted from a variety of natural fruits and vegetables, of which glycolic acid extracted from sugar cane is the most commonly used. The role of fruit acids is to remove the aging keratin layer, remove the damaged outer layer of the skin, promote the metabolism of epidermal cells, while acting on the epidermis and superficial dermis, can significantly improve the roughness of the skin, dullness, large pores, lighten the epidermal pigment spots, improve wrinkles, maintain the youthful and smooth skin. 2.Botox injection (1): Botox blocks the release of acetylcholine from nerve endings at the neuromuscular junction, paralyzing the muscles and reducing muscle contraction to reduce wrinkles, while also preventing the formation of local wrinkles due to muscle contraction. Botox injection is used to treat dynamic wrinkles. (2) Hyaluronic acid (hyaluronic acid): Hyaluronic acid is widely found in the connective tissue of the skin as well as the dermis and has the effect of storing water and increasing the elasticity of the skin. As we age, hyaluronic acid is continuously lost from the skin, and the skin becomes dry, wrinkled, saggy and even sunken. Hyaluronic acid is injected into the dermal wrinkle depressions in the form of fillers, which can immediately achieve the effect of wrinkle removal and also stimulate collagen proliferation to achieve the effect of skin rejuvenation. 3.Beauty laser treatment: Commonly used facial rejuvenation treatment lasers include the following (1) Intense Pulse Light (IPL): It can effectively remove spots, reduce capillaries, remove wrinkles, increase skin elasticity and improve enlarged pores. After the specific spectrum IPL enters the skin, it is selectively absorbed by pigment groups such as black particles and hemoglobin without destroying normal tissues, so that pigment groups and dilated blood vessels are destroyed and decomposed, thus achieving the effect of treating pigment spots and capillary dilation. In addition, IPL acts on fibroblasts to synthesize new collagen, while collagen fibers and elastic fibers are rearranged to restore elasticity, lighten wrinkles, and reduce pore size, resulting in skin rejuvenation. (2) Fractional laser skin resurfacing: Fractional laser produces array-like arrangement of tiny light beams acting on the skin. The area not scanned by the laser acts as a ” bridge ” to play the role of lateral repair, so the postoperative trauma repair of fractional laser is fast and the adverse reaction is small. Vaporized fractional lasers include carbon dioxide fractional laser and erbium fractional laser, both of which are very effective in improving photoaging of the skin and have a long maintenance of efficacy. In addition, radiofrequency and light emitting diode (LED) can also effectively stimulate collagen renewal and promote collagen rearrangement to improve photoaging of the skin. The combined treatment of multiple lasers/lights can bring into play the complementary and synergistic effects of different light sources to delay skin aging more effectively.
