It takes wisdom to treat hemangioma patients

At present, many hospitals have detailed treatment methods for hemangioma: the current treatment methods for hemangioma include surgical excision, laser, freezing, isotope, 90 gills, sclerotherapy, etc. Their treatment principles are: Surgical excision treatment: surgical methods are used to excise hemangioma tissue to achieve the treatment purpose, during the surgery, due to the rich blood flow in the hemangioma, the amount of bleeding during the surgery is great, which often causes serious hemorrhagic shock. The operation is difficult and dangerous, and the recurrence rate is very high because the hemangioma cannot be completely removed after bleeding and the operation is forced to be aborted, and partial removal of the tumor may cause local deformity and dysfunction. Laser and freezing treatment: Treatment by laser and freezing methods involves using laser or freezing instruments to scald or freeze the hemangioma from the surface through the principles of thermal burns and freezing injuries, thereby stopping its growth. These methods will inevitably leave scars and cause functional disorders. Zhao Fuyun, Department of Laser Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Peking University Stomatological Hospital Isotope and 90 gill treatment: Treatment with isotope and 90 gill paste will cause skin atrophy due to the nuclear radiation released, resulting in atrophic scars, for which experts recommend surgical excision, otherwise the possibility of cancer cannot be excluded. Sclerotherapy: The medical treatment is to inject sclerosing agent into the tumor tissue of hemangioma to cause sterile inflammation and local fibrosis reaction after the swelling disappears, so as to shrink or occlude the hemangioma and blood vessel wall, thus achieving the treatment purpose. Since sclerosing agent is not absorbed by human body, it is easy to cause thrombosis, and, if the dose is not properly controlled, the inability to cure will lead to recurrence. Hemangioma is a deformed lesion of misconfigured blood vessels, which is not related to the skin, so treatment from the epidermis can only treat the symptoms but not the root cause. Many patients have either scarred or relapsed after using these methods, and the normal function of the treated area will be lost, and there will be many problems after treatment.
