Is there a change in the transmission route of the new coronavirus?

The main routes of transmission of NCCV are still respiratory droplet and close contact transmission, and a risk of fecal-oral transmission and aerosol transmission has been identified. The detection of NCCV strains in fecal specimens from patients with NCCP suggests a risk of fecal-oral transmission, but further studies are needed to confirm the ability and conditions of fecal-oral transmission as a means of transmission. Aerosol transmission has to meet the three conditions of confined space, longer duration, and high concentration of virus at the same time, and aerosol transmission may occur only under extreme conditions, which are extremely unlikely in a daily living environment with good ventilation.
