Is HS1L a cervical cancer?

HS1L is a high-grade lesion of cervical squamous epithelium, which cannot be diagnosed as cervical cancer yet. If colposcopic pathological biopsy has such result, it is better to further do cervical canal scraping in regular hospital to exclude cervical cancer. If there is only chronic inflammation inside the cervical canal and there is no cervical cancer, this condition needs to be treated surgically under the guidance of a doctor to remove the diseased cervix. At present, it cannot be diagnosed as cervical cancer, it is only a precancerous lesion of cervical cancer and does not require removal of the uterus and both adnexa, or even lymph node dissection, only the diseased cervix needs to be removed. If cervical canal scraping is done, which suggests the presence of cancer cells in the cervix, further major surgery is needed, and radical surgery for cervical cancer is required to achieve the treatment effect.
