Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma may have related complications due to reduced liver function and portal hypertension. The formation of spider nevus is mainly due to the inactivation disorder of estrogen, which leads to subcutaneous capillary congestion and dilation, and can be treated symptomatically with drugs to protect liver function, such as polyenylphosphatidylcholine, reduced glutathione and inosine tablets. However, the formation of spider nevus or inactivation of estrogen is related to the function of the liver and the compensatory situation, and there is no large sample study on whether it can be fully recovered clinically, and the chances of recovery are not particularly high, at least until the liver function is restored to near normal range or the cancer is eliminated to a smaller extent. It is recommended that under the diagnosis, treatment and auxiliary examination of the treating physician, comprehensive dynamic observation should be carried out, and regular, comprehensive and professional treatment should be carried out instead of self-medication.
