How women should prevent constipation during pregnancy

(4) For pregnant women with constipation, drinking a glass of boiled or cooled water on an empty stomach every morning can stimulate gastrointestinal motility and help with bowel movements.  Honey is also a good laxative and can be taken with cold boiled water.
