Swollen feet in advanced stage of lung cancer: firstly, hypoproteinemia, malignant mass and lower limb reflux obstruction caused by tumor metastasis compression should be considered; secondly, venous thrombosis of lower limbs should be considered. Patients need to have a liver function test, and if there is low albumin, albumin transfusion is needed to improve the condition; at the same time, ultrasound examination of lower limbs is needed to see if there is venous thrombosis; again, patients need to strengthen nutritional support therapy. If the relevant examination confirms that it is caused by lung cancer compression, it is necessary to combine with the pathological type of lung cancer to decide to continue to take chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted drug treatment, if the patient’s treatment is effective, the corresponding foot swelling symptoms can be improved.
