The application of gynecological laparoscopy in the surgical treatment of uterine malignant tumor not only avoids the great pain caused by the large incision of about 25cm long, but also helps to improve the efficacy of postoperative radiotherapy due to less postoperative abdominal adhesions. It has become the first choice for early stage uterine malignant tumor. The Gynecology Department and Endoscopy Center of Qingdao Women and Children’s Hospital have now carried out all level 4 gynecological endoscopic surgeries, such as laparoscopic radical surgery for uterine malignancies, giant hysterectomy, excision of giant uterine fibroids, surgery for stage 3-4 endometriosis, etc., which have brought gospel to the patients with gynecological diseases in our city and laid a solid foundation for creating the first level 4 gynecological endoscopy training base of the Ministry of Health in our city.
