Are hyperemesis gravidarum and trophoblastic disease one and the same?

Trophoblastic disease generally refers to trophoblastic tumors, and hyperemesis gravidarum is a type of trophoblastic tumor. Grapes belong to trophoblastic tumors, trophoblastic tumors are tumors formed by the trophoblast cells of the embryo, mostly occurring after pregnancy, but also after miscarriage, full-term delivery, and ectopic pregnancy. Graphene belongs to one of the classifications of trophoblastic tumors, in addition, trophoblastic tumors include not only gravidas, but also partial gravidas, erosive gravidas, choriocarcinoma, and so on. Vitellogenic and partial vitellogenic tumors belong to benign trophoblastic tumors, which occur after pregnancy, and are formed by proliferation of placental chorionic trophoblastic cells and interstitial edema, and the blisters formed are connected into bunches with the help of clusters, and their shapes are like grapes, so they are named. Typical symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum include postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, abnormally enlarged and soft uterus, and signs of preeclampsia. Grapes can be treated by clearing the uterus, but may recur in some patients. Erosive gravidity is a malignant tumor caused by the invasion of gravid tissue into the myometrium, causing tissue destruction, or metastasis outside the uterus; choriocarcinoma, also known as choriocarcinoma, is a highly malignant tumor, often secondary to normal or abnormal pregnancy. They are treated with chemotherapy, supplemented by surgery and radiotherapy.
