I. Applicable people: 1. People with obvious symptoms: people who have obvious respiratory symptoms, such as dry throat, cough, wheezing, with fever and within 5 days of symptoms; 2. People under isolation observation: including people under home isolation observation, close and sub-close connection, inbound isolation observation, sealed control area and control area; 3. Others: people with antigen self-test needs, if they feel unwell. Can also be self-testing; 2, the operating procedures: 1, self-test preparation: before opening the package need to wash their hands, carefully check the package and contents intact without damage, no contamination, dry and free of moisture, within the expiration date, before use; 2, sample collection: open carefully read the instructions, take out the sample extraction tube, test card, put in a clean, clean place. (1) People aged 14 years or older: Nasal swab sampling can be performed by themselves. The self-tester first blows off the nose with toilet paper, carefully unwraps the swab and removes the plastic end of the disposable swab by hand, avoiding hand contact with the swab head. Subsequently, head slightly tilted, one hand holding the tail end of the nasal swab against one side of the nostril to enter, along the bottom of the lower nasal tract backward slowly after 1-1.5 cm, stick nasal cavity rotate at least 4 turns (stay not less than 15 seconds), and then use the same swab to repeat the same operation for the other nasal cavity; (2) people aged 2-14 years: other adults should be sampled on their behalf, sampling, operation as above. 3, antigen detection: insert swab into the sample extraction tube, break the swab at the break point, tighten the colored cap and leave it for 1min, unscrew the transparent cap at the top of the extraction tube, add 4 drops of sample solution to the spiking hole, and leave it for 10-15 minutes to observe the results. Test result: 1. Positive result: The “C” and “T” on the test card show red or purple bands, and the color of the band at “T” can be dark or light, both are positive results; 2. 2. Negative result: red or purple band is shown at “C” on the test card, but not at “T”; 3. Invalid result: no band is shown at “C” on the test card, regardless of “T” is shown or not. Precautions: Self-testers need to strictly follow the instructions, if inadvertently contaminated test cards, extraction tubes and swabs, you need to replace the test items in time for self-testing. Positive results can be used for early triage and rapid management of the suspected population, and can only be used as additional evidence to confirm the diagnosis of neocoronavirus infection, and cannot be used as a basis for confirming the diagnosis, and the nucleic acid test results still prevail.
