The incidence of extrahepatic recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma after radical resection is about 9.7% to 25.8%, and the average time of extrahepatic recurrence after surgery is 7-13 months, of which 38% is accompanied by intrahepatic recurrence, and lung is the most common organ for extrahepatic metastasis, accounting for about 55% of all extrahepatic metastases; followed by abdominal Lymph nodes (41%), bone (28%), and adrenal gland (11%). In recent years, the number of cases of adrenal metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma has been increasing. The following is the minimally invasive model of adrenal metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma in our department. Surgical modality: 1. chemoembolization of hepatocellular carcinoma and adrenal gland: 2. radiofrequency ablation of adrenal tumor: 3. postoperative changes in the adrenal area: the patient recovered well, AFP preoperatively 1024.3ng/ml, postoperatively 11.6ng/ml.
