Pre- and post-operative comparison of pediatric scoliosis

       Female, 10 years old, congenital scoliosis, skewed body, abnormal walking posture, and different height of the back. The preoperative examination revealed that the spinal cord was tethered at a low level, resulting in a horseshoe inversion of the right foot, and a joint operation was performed at the first stage, with a complex cut and a small incision to correct the scoliosis, after which the scoliosis was well corrected, the body was no longer crooked, and the height increased by 6 cm.
