The preoperative examination revealed that the spinal cord was tethered at a low level, resulting in a horseshoe inversion of the right foot, and a joint operation was performed at the first stage, with a complex cut and a small incision to correct the scoliosis, after which the scoliosis was well corrected, the body was no longer crooked, and the height increased by 6 cm.
