Circumcision and prepuce are common conditions among male adolescents. Phimosis is when the foreskin covers the urethral opening, but can be turned up to reveal the urethral opening and the head of the penis. Circumcision refers to the narrow opening of the foreskin of the penis, so that the foreskin cannot be turned over to reveal the head of the penis. Some people think that prepuce and foreskin do not prevent sexual life and fertility, so it is not a disease of the reproductive system. In fact, this view is not scientific. Because, whether it is circumcision or prepuce, there are certain harmful effects on the human body: causing various very far more money inflammation, hindering penile development, premature ejaculation, affecting the harmony of sexual life, damaging kidney function, the risk of cancer, etc. For this reason, male adolescents with long foreskin and prepuce should undergo reviews surgical treatment as early as possible. Circumcision is the traditional method of treating circumcision and phimosis. However, it is not easy to control the amount of the inner and outer plates of the foreskin and the length of the preserved tether during the operation, which can easily cause the tether to be too short and the cut edge to be uneven. In addition, the sutures that may form under the skin of the penis after surgery may affect function and aesthetics, and various complications may occur, such as infection, bleeding, skin necrosis, narrowing of the circumcision scar, postoperative rubber swelling, epidermal cysts, and erectile limitation, pain, and even sexual function due to short foreskin. Our hospital was the first to carry out minimally invasive circumcision in the city and exclusively introduced the “Disposable Circumcision Anastomosis Clutch”, a key new product of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2009, to perform minimally invasive circumcision on 50 patients, overcoming many of the drawbacks of traditional circumcision. The new surgical method uses the inner and outer rings of the anastomosis to block the blood circulation of the excess foreskin, so that the inner and outer plates of the skin are naturally connected, allowing the excess to atrophy and fall off naturally. The operation is minimally invasive, no sutures are needed, there is no scar and perfect appearance after the operation; no bed rest is needed, you can take a shower, and it does not affect your work and study; the operation time is short, the average operation time is 3-5 minutes, two weeks to heal, and the patients are satisfied with the appearance of foreskin at the follow-up examination in January after the operation. At the same time, the pain score of the patients was significantly lower than that of traditional circumcision by applying the internationally used visual analog scoring (VAS). This technique is the most ideal treatment method for the clinical treatment of foreskin, and the operation has further reduced the pain of patients during and after the operation, which is the best choice for patients with circumcised foreskin.
