Symptoms that may occur when prostate cancer is diagnosed in advanced stage with bone metastasis: 1. Difficulty in urination or complete inability to urinate due to prostate cancer blocking the urethra, which requires an indwelling catheter or suprapubic cystostomy to drain urine; 2. Hematuria. When there is more bleeding, it can cause anemia or blood clots during urination; 3. Painful symptoms appear. When bone metastases appear in late stage, pain behind the pubic bone or perineal area can appear, accompanied by pain at the metastatic bone. Bone metastases from prostate cancer are mostly flat bone metastases, such as ribs, vertebrae or skull, which can cause painful symptoms in the corresponding areas; 4. Patients with sudden pain or inability to move their limbs after activity should undergo X-ray examination to confirm the diagnosis.
