Liver cancer is a highly prevalent tumor in China, and the important factors affecting the efficacy include the size and number of liver cancer, as well as the site and scope of involvement, portal vein cancer embolism and distant metastasis, the degree of liver function compensation and systemic condition. We must pay attention to early detection and diagnosis of liver cancer, emphasize the implementation of standardized and comprehensive treatment, and formulate the best individualized treatment plan for liver cancer patients. Along with local treatment of liver cancer, attention should be paid to the methods of systemic systemic treatment, antiviral and its complication treatment for liver cancer patients with viral hepatitis background, and adjuvant treatment after resection.
