With the onset of acute, severe pain, accompanied by fever, rupture or cut and drain pus often form the characteristics of anal fistula. Anal fistula: anal fistula refers to the formation of the anal canal or rectum due to pathological reasons and the adjacent skin around the anus or tissue connected to the abnormal channel, generally by the primary internal mouth, fistula, secondary external mouth composition. The disease is characterized by recurrent parianal pus, swelling and pain as the main clinical manifestations. Mostly in young adults, male and female incidence ratio is 5:1. most of its causes are related to anal gland infection. If not treated for a long time, it can form complex anal fistula or cancer. Anal papilloma: it is the inflammation and edema of anal papilla at the lower end of rectal column, which proliferates and enlarges to form a tumor-like swelling over a long period of time. It is generally benign, but can become cancerous. Rectal polyp: it is a bulge on the surface of the mucosa of the large intestine that protrudes into the intestinal lumen. Most of them occur in rectum and sigmoid colon, about 90% of them are adenomas distributed in rectum, which have high tendency to become cancerous, and statistic shows that 40%-50% of the cases can be transformed into adenocarcinoma. Rectal prolapse: Rectal prolapse refers to a disease in which the mucous membrane of rectum, the whole layer of rectum, anal canal and even part of the sigmoid colon are displaced downward and prolapse out of the anus. With the improvement of people’s living standard, this disease has been less common in the city. This disease can occur in all ages, but to young children, menstruating women and the old and frail people are more common. Constipation: Constipation is a group of symptoms that can be caused by a variety of diseases, including having little stool, hard stool, difficult defecation, prolonged time of defecation, anal distension and blockage, and the feeling of incomplete defecation, accompanied or not accompanied by abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, blood in the stool, irritability and other symptoms. Etiologically, it can be divided into organic and functional.
