Diarrhea after stomach pain is associated with gastroenteritis, indigestion, food poisoning and other factors. Gastroenteritis is a relatively common disease in life, which is accompanied by a painful feeling in the stomach during the attack of the disease due to edema and ulceration of the gastric mucosa. During an attack of gastroenteritis, there is a corresponding increase in the secretion of gastric acid, which causes irritation to the intestines and leads to an increase in intestinal peristalsis, resulting in diarrhea. Indigestion is mostly caused by overeating and gastrointestinal dysfunction. During an attack of the disease, irritation is caused to the stomach wall due to the prolonged accumulation of food in the stomach, thus inducing a painful sensation in the stomach. Since the food is not completely decomposed and digested by stomach acid, it is excreted into the intestine in a semi-digested state. This type of food can cause irritation to the intestinal mucosa, and when the intestine is stimulated, the peristaltic speed is increased, and diarrhea occurs. Uncooked bean curd and green potatoes contain certain toxic substances, which can lead to food poisoning once eaten. In the case of food poisoning, not only will the toxic substances cause pain in the stomach due to violation of the gastric mucosa, but they will also cause diarrhea due to irritation of the intestines.
