“Intensive acupuncture point buried wire treatment of slow transmission type constipation” is a new non-drug treatment for constipation created by Professor Gong Yi of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine – Department of Anorectal Medicine, combining many years of clinical experience, for the symptoms of reduced frequency of stool, disappearance of bowel movement and difficulty in passing stool. Outpatient treatment, no medication, no surgery, effective and less painful treatment method. Acupuncture points: Tianshu (double), Zhongji through Guangyuan, Kidney Yu (double), Large Intestine Yu (double). Operation method: routine sterilization, local anesthesia, deep suture with large skin suture (1/2 curvature) in the muscle layer of the above points, each point is repeated 4 times in the shape of “rice”, the thread should not be exposed, sterilization again, band-aid bandage, ask the patient to pay attention to rest, keep the local clean and dry. Clinical observation: 113 patients who have received this treatment were statistically analyzed in the Department of Anorectal Medicine: 25 cases (21.7%) were cured, 54 cases (47.8%) were apparently effective, 25 cases (21.7%) were effective, and 9 cases (8.7%) were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 91.3%.
