Why do men have “egg pains”?

The treatment of testicular pain should be symptomatic based on determining its cause, and if the cause cannot be identified for a while, symptomatic treatment of sedation and pain relief can be done. If necessary, spermoprocaine closure treatment can be used, which can block the vicious cycle between the pain source of neuralgia and the nociceptive center of the brain. Some people associate pain with masturbation and carry a heavy burden of guilty thoughts all day long. So, what exactly is the testicular pain? The reason for the man’s “egg pain” Acute testicular pain: testicular pain is often seen in orchitis and injury, orchitis in addition to bloodstream infection, more common is the retrograde flow of bacteria through the urethra to the epididymis and testicles, resulting in epididymitis, orchitis, when the complication of orchitis, testicular enlargement, along with increased body temperature, chills, headache, vomiting and abdominal pain. The swollen testicle is painful. Swelling and pain of the epididymis and testis are seen clinically. History of trauma and localized swelling and bruising in case of testicular injury. Strenuous exercise or intercourse or violence can sometimes cause strong contraction of the levator muscle, which can twist the tethered testicle and cause severe pain in the testicle. Because the testicular torsion blocks the blood supply to the testicle, the testicle is painful and the scrotum is enlarged and the skin is edematous. The diagnosis of acute pain is relatively easy. Chronic testicular pain: milder cases are prolonged over time. The pain is mild, generalized and has radiating pain, so it is not easy to determine the exact site of inflammation. Testicular pain is not necessarily proportional to the severity of the inflammation. Some people have high nerve sensitivity and mild inflammation can cause more severe pain sensation; while others are more sluggish and feel lighter on their own. Some pain occurs after sexual intercourse, which may be due to sexual excitement making the genitals and gonads highly congested. Some pain is caused by varicocele or pain radiating from other parts of the body, such as radioactive pain in the testicles caused by ureteral calculi, which requires careful identification of the real cause for effective symptomatic treatment. Testicular tenderness: Testicular tenderness is a manifestation of the clinical symptoms of gonorrhea vesiculitis. Gonorrhea vesiculitis usually occurs after an acute urethritis, mostly unilateral. There is hypothermia, painful enlargement of the epididymis, reflex throbbing pain in the ipsilateral groin and lower abdomen, initially clearly delineated from the testicle, gradually indistinct, testicular tenderness, enlargement, and severe tenderness.
