Glioma deteriorates after second surgery

Patient: Description of condition (time of onset, main symptoms, hospital visited, etc.): The patient is 54 years old, male, after the second operation, he was in good health and normal. After the fourth course of treatment, the patient became incontinent, mentally retarded, like a six-year-old child, often talked nonsense, and often stood in one place for an hour without moving his eyes. He was very slow in doing things, was very sloppy in life, and was especially afraid of cold. In June 2008, I had surgery and 30 times of post-operative radiotherapy. In March 10, I had a relapse and had 60GY photon knife. In June 11, I had another relapse and had a second surgery. How should we treat him now and can his bowel movements improve? We want to improve his quality of life as much as possible.
