Ingredients: Astragalus membranaceus, raw, four taels [125g]; Angelica sinensis, two taels [3g]; Radix paeoniae, one and a half taels [5g]; Di Long, one tael [3g]; Chuan Xiong, one tael [3g]; Safflower, one tael [3g]; Peach kernel, one tael [3g]. Astragalus is initially used one or two, later gradually increased to four. To the slight effect, two doses of daily, two doses served to five or six days, still take a dose daily. In this formula, raw astragalus is used as the ruler, which is a great supplement to the qi of the spleen and stomach, the qi rate of blood flow, and the blood stasis is removed; angelica, which can both invigorate and nourish the blood, is used as the minister, which can resolve blood stasis without harming the blood; it is accompanied by red peony, Chuanxiong, peach kernel and red flower, which can invigorate the blood and remove blood stasis, and also can draw qi into the blood, which dissolves the qi and blood, and the qi rate of blood flow, so that the blood stasis is removed and the blood flow is created; it is then accompanied by the dragon, which can open the meridians and invigorate the ligaments, to enhance the function of the blood stasis and the ligaments.
