Male menopause is usually a few years

  Menopause in men usually lasts about 5-15 years, but there are individual differences in duration and no generalizations can be made.  Male menopause is a stage of transition from middle age to old age and usually begins around the age of 50. Some men may experience symptoms at an earlier age, manifesting around age 40, such as irritability, irritability, loss of appetite, and fatigue. And some men may have a longer duration of menopause, which can last until the age of 60-70, so there is a wide variation in the duration of menopause in men. The hormone levels in men who go through menopause change, and along with aging, there are some changes in physical and mental performance. Of course, some men have no obvious symptoms throughout menopause, and there is some individual variation.  Men in menopause are advised to participate in physical activities and learn to control their emotions rationally. If the symptoms of menopause are obvious, psychological intervention is needed in a timely manner, and a psychologist can be consulted if necessary.
