Generally there are no obvious clinical signs of inguinal lymphoma in women. With the development of the disease some patients may show local symptoms such as swollen lymph nodes, pressure pain and itching, as well as systemic symptoms such as low fever and weakness. Since the symptoms are not obvious, patients suspected to have inguinal lymphoma should go to hospital for pathological examination as soon as possible to make a clear diagnosis.1. Local symptoms: Early stage of inguinal lymphoma may show local lymph nodes with slight enlargement, good mobility, clear boundary with surrounding tissues, accompanied or not accompanied by pressure pain or itching. With the gradual development of the disease, the local lymph nodes will be single or multiple fused lymph nodes with boundaries gradually adhering to surrounding tissues, hard texture and rough and uneven surface; 2. Systemic symptoms: necrotic cancer cells and tissues entering the blood circulation may lead to tumor fever in the body. Most patients may show symptoms such as low fever, fatigue, night sweats, local or general itching, etc. Some patients may also show symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders such as loss of appetite and abdominal pain. Inguinal lymphoma is mainly divided into lymphoma that originates from lymph nodes and metastatic tumors that metastasize to lymph nodes. For lymphoma, most lymphoma subtypes are sensitive to drug treatment and have a high cure rate. However, for lymph node metastatic tumors, the prognosis varies according to the primary site and pathological type, and different treatment strategies are needed according to different types.
