This fever often occurs after 2-3 pm, the body temperature can rise quietly, rarely accompanied by chills and other infections; 3, irregular intermittent fever: the temperature curve of the fever does not have a certain pattern, the body temperature may suddenly rise to about 40 ℃, lasting a few hours and then quickly drop to normal levels, while the interval of no fever can last a day to a few days, the high fever period and no fever period repeatedly, alternately 4, persistent hyperthermia: with the development of the disease, the body temperature can continue to reach more than 39 ℃, this fever anti-infection treatment is ineffective.
