Dampness heavy cupping is useful

Cupping has a certain effect on the removal of internal dampness, such as cold, heavy limbs and other uncomfortable symptoms after the rain, can play an auxiliary relief effect. However, it cannot fundamentally eradicate dampness from the internal organs, so the cause needs to be clearly identified and targeted treatment is needed. Fire cupping is one of the routine operations in Chinese medicine, which can unblock meridians, regulate qi and blood, balance yin and yang, improve metabolism, relieve fatigue, and reduce swelling and pain. Dampness in the human body is divided into internal or external. Fire cupping can assist in removing dampness from the skin and muscles, but not from the internal organs, for example, frequent consumption of cold and greasy food and slowed metabolism in the gastrointestinal tract are mostly caused by internal dampness, so the effect of simple cupping is not obvious. Patients with heavy dampness should also eat a light diet, avoid alcohol, do not eat too much, relax, regular rest, and exercise properly. People who have lived in humid areas for a long time should get more sunlight and wear dry, sweat-absorbing clothes.
