37.3°C is not necessarily a new coronavirus pneumonia. There are more reasons that can cause a fever of 37.3°C, such as a cold, exertion, high ambient temperature, etc. In particular, colds need to be differentiated from novel coronavirus pneumonia. Also, patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia do not always present with a fever of 37.3°C. Some patients with mild symptoms of the disease may have no significant fever. Severely and critically ill patients can have a low to moderate (37.5°C-38°C) to moderate (38.1-39°C) fever or even no significant fever during the course of the disease. Some patients may present with only a low fever. A small number of infected patients even have no obvious clinical symptoms. Therefore, a fever of 37.3°C is not definitive for novel coronavirus pneumonia.
