Some renal cancer patients can improve the therapeutic effect with interferon/interleukin immunotherapy after surgery, but some adverse reactions such as fever, white blood cell decline and liver function damage may occur during the treatment. (1) Flu-like symptoms such as chills, fever, muscle aches and pains may occur in the early stage of immunotherapy, and no special treatment is needed if the body temperature is lower than 38.5 degrees. (2) During the period of immunotherapy, review the blood count every week, if the white blood cell count is less than 3000×109/L, consider stopping the drug; (3) Review the liver function every month, if the transaminase is significantly higher than 100 units or more, consider stopping the drug.
