What are the latest drugs for the treatment of advanced kidney cancer

  Significant progress has been made in the treatment of advanced kidney cancer in the past 10 years, which has greatly extended the survival period and improved the quality of life of patients. At present, in the field of advanced kidney cancer, there are two major classes of targeted drugs approved by the US FDA: anti-VEGF class and mTOR class, with a total of 7 drugs.  (a) Anti-VEGF class: 1. sorafenib; 2. sunitinib; 3. pazopanib; 4. axitinib; 5. bevacizumab.  (ii) mTOR: 1, tesilomorph; 2, everolimus.
