Methods of vasectomy

Vasectomy is male sterilization which is a surgical procedure and there are two main types of this procedure, the incisional surgical method and the incisionless method. The incision method mainly involves touching the scrotum directly with the hand and following the testicles to find the spermatic cord, then making an incision in the scrotal area to find the vas deferens inside the spermatic cord tissue, and completing the procedure by ligating the cord with a silk thread or other material. Another surgical method is known as incisionless surgery, which is often referred to as minimally invasive surgery. In this procedure, the spermatic cord is held in place by hand and gently rubbed to reveal the contours of the vas deferens, and then the ligation is performed without incisions and directly with puncture sutures. The main difference between incision and incisionless surgery is that the incisionless approach reduces the risk of infection and other complications. Incisional surgery can cause problems with infections in the process as it cuts through the skin tissue. An incisionless vasectomy, on the other hand, may lead to poor results or failure due to the fact that it may not be able to accurately locate the vas deferens. However, this surgical approach heals in a shorter period of time. It is important to note that this procedure can lead to permanent azoospermia, which can lead to infertility problems. Generally, careful deliberation is required before undergoing this procedure. There are two main types of vasectomies, one incisional and one incisionless, and it is important to choose between the two depending on your situation.
