Plasmacytoid adenocarcinoma commonly includes ovarian plasmacytoid cystic adenocarcinoma and endometrial plasmacytoid adenocarcinoma. Treatment of ovarian plasmacytoma cystic carcinoma should follow the treatment of ovarian cancer, which usually requires an initial evaluation to see if surgery can be performed. If the initial evaluation is not satisfactory, neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be given first and then re-evaluated, and based on the results of the evaluation, the next step is surgery or chemotherapy. In case of endometrial plasmacytoma, it also needs to be evaluated first, and if there is no contraindication to surgery, then surgery is the main treatment, and after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be supplemented, depending on the patient’s condition.
